(A) All meetings of the Commission shall be open to the public. The Commission shall comply with all applicable Kentucky Revised Statutes and Kentucky Administrative Regulations relating to open meetings.
(B) The Commission shall adopt and make public rules for the transaction of its business and shall hold monthly public meetings and special public meetings, when necessary.
(C) All meetings shall have a previously available agenda and shall comply with the state’s Open Meeting Statute, KRS 61.805. A simple majority of the membership shall be required for decisions involving historic districts and landmarks.
