§ 156.03 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The laws of the commonwealth shall apply to this chapter.
   (B)   This chapter shall govern all properties within the jurisdictional boundaries of the city.
   (C)   This chapter is applicable to all new development and redevelopment activities that result in the disturbance of one acre or more of land, including disturbance of less than that if part of a larger common plan.
