§ 154.271 NEIGHBORHOOD STRUCTURES.
   Structures used for neighborhood recycling drop-off bins, composting, cluster mailboxes, neighborhood/subdivision message boards or other similar neighborhood subdivision improvements and any associated enclosure or roof over such structures may be permitted in the front yard and may be subject to other restrictions for accessory structures as outlined in this chapter. The location, design, construction materials and appearance of such structures may be approved by the Department or may be approved by the Commission at the time of preliminary plat approval for new subdivisions. Such structures shall comply with applicable construction codes and other city ordinances.
