It is the intent of this regulation to implement the goals of the comprehensive plan through the recognition that certain entryways/roadways to the city are determined to be scenic in nature and therefore should be protected from visual blight from excessive signage. To meet this community concern, no off-premises signs shall be permitted along a designated scenic parkway. Scenic parkways include Veterans Way, KY 3005 (Ring Road), KY 61 (Lincoln Parkway) and KY 361 (E2RC).
