§ 34.041 PRESENTATION OF CASES.
   Each case before the Code Enforcement Board shall be presented by the Director of the Department of Planning and Development or by an appointed Code Enforcement Official for the city. The City Attorney shall be counsel to the Code Enforcement Board.
