§ 154.012 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER CODES, STATUTES AND REGULATIONS.

Nothing in this subchapter or other sections of the zoning chapter shall be construed to exempt any applicant for a permit from compliance with all local, state and federal codes, statutes and regulations.
