§ 153.061 MEMBERSHIP OF CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
   The city’s Code Enforcement Board shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval of the City Council, pursuant to Ord. 09-2003, as amended, and in conformance with applicable state statutes.
