§ 33.30 WHO MUST FILE.
   The following classes of officers, employees, board or commission members of the city and county or city and county agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the county’s Board of Ethics:
   (A)   Elected city and county officials; and
   (B)   Candidates for elected city and county office.
