§ 33.18 MISUSE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
   (A)   No officer, employee, board or commission member of the city or county or any city or county agency shall intentionally use or disclose information acquired in the course of his or her official duties, if the primary purpose of the use or disclosure is to further his or her personal financial interest or that of another person or business.
   (B)   Information shall be deemed confidential, if it is not subject to disclosure pursuant to the state’s Open Records Law, KRS 61.872 to 61.884, at the time of its use or disclosure.
