(A) In addition to the codes adopted in § 150.01 of this chapter, the following codes shall be in full force and effect as to all buildings, structures, real estate and improvements to real estate in the city:
(1) Kentucky Residential Code, current edition;
(2) National Fuel Gas Code, current edition;
(3) National Electric Code, current edition;
(4) Life Safety Code, current edition; and
(5) National Fire Code, current edition.
(B) The above codes, regulations, interpretations and pamphlets are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Development.
(C) Any and all fixture amendments and modifications, interpretations and regulations of the above codes’ ordinances to the extent of the amendments, interpretations, regulations and pamphlets shall become a part of this code and this section and have the same force and effect as this section, as they are received by the office of the Department of Planning and Development.
(D) The city’s Department of Planning and Development shall be designated the local enforcement agency for the codes, regulations, interpretations and pamphlets hereinabove referred to.
