§ 133.08 SEIZURE OF FIREWORKS.
   Any law enforcement officer or Fire Department officer deputized to act on behalf of the State Fire Marshal, shall be legally authorized to remove, at the expense of the owner, all stocks of fireworks which are stored and held in violation of KRS Chapter 227.
