§ 133.06 DAYS AND HOURS FOR USING CONSUMER FIREWORKS.
   Unless specifically permitted by the city’s Fire Department, persons may only use, ignite, fire or explode consumer fireworks on Memorial Day, July 3, July 4, July 5 and Labor Day between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and December 31 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. on January 1. Any person wishing to use, ignite, fire or explode consumer fireworks any other day or time must notify the city’s Fire Department and receive express permission.
