§ 32.16 MEETINGS.
   (A)   (1)   Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held for the purpose of the conduct of business of the City Council and the schedule shall be made available to the public at the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, upon request.
      (2)   The regular meetings shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 4:30 p.m., local time.
      (3)   In addition, work sessions of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Monday, at 4:30 p.m. local time, for the purpose of discussion and consideration of the business of the city.
       (4)   Except as determined by executive authority, meetings of the City Council shall be held at the Pritchard Community Center, 404 South Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
      (5)   Whenever any regular Council meeting (Monday meetings) falls on a holiday, the meeting shall be held automatically on the following day at the same time and at the same place.
   (B)   (1)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council.
      (2)   In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS Ch. 61.
   (C)   At a special meeting, no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (D)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
