§ 117.12 INFLATION AND EXTERNAL COST ADJUSTMENTS.
   If the operator requests an increase in whole or in part based upon inflation adjustments, programming cost increases, or other external factors permitted by FCC regulations the operator shall provide a detailed explanation and documentation in support of the request, including calculations as to how the specific request was derived and a copy of the contract for each programming service whose costs has increased. In addition, the operator shall submit, through its Chief Financial Officer or an independent certified accountant, a sworn statement that it has examined all external costs and offset any claimed increase by any decrease that has occurred and has otherwise complied with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 76.922(d)(2).
