§ 117.02 NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF REGULATIONS.
   The city shall notify all cable operators subject to the Act who provide service in the city that the city has commenced to regulate the basic rates of the operator. Notice shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested.
