§ 116.16 COMPLIANCE WITH CITY AND STATE REQUIREMENTS.

(A) The dealer shall comply with all city planning and zoning requirements and ensure that the site for the temporary motor vehicle sales shall be in compliance with all applicable city requirements and standards.

(B) The dealer shall comply with the commonwealth’s Building Code and Electrical Code.
