For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT. Any place held out to the general public as offering goods and/or services for sale to the public and/or for use by the public within the limits of the city.
MOTOR VEHICLE(S). Any and all agencies for the transportation of person(s) or property over or upon a public or private streets within the city which are propelled otherwise than by muscular power.
