§ 113.06 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   The Finance Director shall deposit all fees or taxes in a sinking fund to be designated “Elizabethtown Fire Protection Sinking Fund”. All fees or taxes and any interest earned thereon shall be used by the city for fire protection equipment, maintenance, Fire Department salaries or incidental expenses for maintaining and equipping the Fire Department.
