(A) Four-way stop intersections. The following intersections are designed four-way stop intersections. Any and all motor or other vehicles shall be brought to a stop at the stop signs so erected at the intersection before proceeding through the intersection. The motor or other vehicles shall then proceed through the intersection after the other motor or other vehicles, previously stopped, have cleared the intersection. When two vehicles approach or enter the intersection from different roadways at the same time, the operator of the vehicles on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicles on the right:
