§ 72.06 PARKING IN EXCESS OF CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS; TOWING AUTHORIZED.
   Any vehicle left parked and abandoned in any one place on any of the public ways or streets of the city for a period of 24 hours or longer shall be deemed abandoned, and shall be subject to all existing regulations of the city pertaining to abandoned motor vehicles.
