§ 71.21 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a special event permit to the City Administrator. The appeal shall be filed within seven business days after the date of the denial notice by filing a written notice with the office of City Clerk. The City Administrator shall act upon the appeal within seven business days after its receipt.
