(A) Sewer mains shall be tapped or connected only by permit issued by the city and payment by the applicant of the fees prescribed. The applicant shall provide and install according to city specifications the lines from the tap to the premises.
(B) The city will furnish and install the sewer tap and service line from the main to the property line. The owner of the premises shall provide and install the sewer from the property line to the premises.
(C) Connection to the sanitary sewerage system shall not be permitted for property outside of the corporate limits of the city.
