§ 50.03 CITY NOT LIABLE FOR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.
   No claim shall be made against the city by reason of breakage of any main or service pipe, or any other interruption of the supply, breakage of machinery or stoppage for necessary repairs for any city utility.
