§ 120.19 APPROVAL OF PREMISES.
   The City ABC Administrator shall not grant any alcoholic beverage license or approve the renewal of a license until said applicant’s place of business has been approved for occupancy by the city’s Building Official, and any and all other inspections required by the state’s Building Code are completed.
