Applicants to whom a license is issued authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages pursuant to this subchapter shall provide a regulatory license fee return with periodic information demonstrating compliance. This document shall be provided on a schedule to be coordinated with the applicant’s regulatory fee filings. This information shall consist of a certificate from a certified public accountant, owner or other designate familiar with the applicant’s pertinent business records. This certificate shall state: “I declare, under penalties of perjury, that this return has been examined by me and to the best of my knowledge and belief is a true, correct and complete return.”
