§ 120.05 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW.
   (A)   The provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (KRS Ch. 241, 242, 243 and 244) and all amendments and supplements thereto, are adopted so far as applicable to this subchapter except as otherwise lawfully provided herein.
   (B)   Any violation of state law relating to the sale, production, storing or otherwise trafficking in alcoholic beverages shall also constitute a violation of this subchapter.
   (C)   No person shall sell, deal in, barter or exchange or possess for sale, or for the purpose of evading any law or ordinance give away any alcoholic beverages in any quantity whatever, or cause the same to be done, without complying with all of the provision of this subchapter and all state statutes and regulations applicable thereto.
   (D)   All prohibitions, restrictions, and regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage contained in KRS Ch. 241 through 244 shall apply to alcoholic beverage use in the city.
