(A) No on-street parking shall be allowed in the turnaround area of a cul-de-sac street.
(B) All cul-de-sac streets currently maintained by the city shall remain within the city street maintenance system for maintenance by the city upon the passage, approval and publication of this section.
(C) The Mayor of the city and/or his or her designate is and he or she is authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to perfect this section, including but not limited to posting signs and maintaining cul-de-sac streets through resources of the Public Works Department and enforcing this section through the resources of the Police Department.
