The Police and Fire Chiefs may adopt rules and regulations for the internal order of their respective departments. Said rules and regulations shall not be unreasonable, arbitrary, capricious or discriminatory in scope or application. Violation of said regulations by an employee may be grounds for dismissal or suspension in accordance with applicable law and policy.
