§ 50.06  REMOVAL OF CONTAINERS AFTER EMPTIED.
   Every garbage or trash can placed on any street or alley to be emptied shall, as soon as the contents thereof are emptied and collected, be removed from such street or alley by the owner or occupant of the premises from which such can came.
