§ 91.47  PARK SUPERVISION AND PERSONAL LIABILITY.
   (A)   All persons entering the skate facility are deemed to have knowledge that the skate facility is a non-supervised activity site designed for skateboarding and in-line skating only, and all use of the skate facility is at the risk of the user.
   (B)   Skaters must be at least seven years old to use the skate park; any person ten years old or younger must have parental/guardian supervision.
   (C)   All persons entering the skate facility are deemed to have agreed to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the city, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers for, from and against any accident, injury, including death, and/or loss of property or damage thereto sustained as a result of using the skate facility pursuant to General Assembly of North Carolina Session Law 2003-334, Senate Bill 774.
