(A) The skate facility is open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., or as may be amended by the city from time to time. There will be no trespassing when the park is closed.
(B) The park will be closed during wet, snowy or icy conditions or during park maintenance periods, as may be deemed necessary by the City Manager or his or her designee.
(C) The city reserves the right to close the skate facility or modify its hours of operation for any reason at the direction and discretion of the City Manager and/or his or her designee.
