(A) The Storm Water Advisory Board shall establish a regular meetings schedule and shall meet at least quarterly and frequently enough so that it can perform the duties prescribed by the City Council.
(B) Minutes shall be kept of all Storm Water Advisory Board proceedings.
(C) All Storm Water Advisory Board meetings shall be open to the public and, whenever feasible, the agenda for each Board meeting shall be made available in advance of the meeting.
(D) A quorum for the Storm Water Advisory Board shall consist of a majority of the Board membership (excluding vacant seats). A quorum is necessary for the Board to take action and all actions shall be taken by vote.
