§ 156.20 AUTHORITY.

   There is hereby created an advisory board to be known as the “City of Elizabeth City Storm Water Advisory Board”, hereinafter referred to as the “Storm Water Advisory Board”, to monitor completion of Storm Water Utility action items, report on progress to completion, liaise with the county’s Storm Water Board, oversee the education and outreach efforts and make recommendations to Council on further action.
