§ 156.06  EXEMPTIONS AND CREDITS.
   (A)   Except as provided in this section, no public or private property shall be exempt from the storm water fee.
   (B)   Only undeveloped land with fewer than 200 square feet of impervious surface area shall be exempt from the storm water service fee.
