§ 156.03  BOUNDARIES AND JURISDICTION.
   The boundaries and jurisdiction of the Storm Water Management Utility shall extend to the corporate limits of the city, as they may exist from time to time, and such areas lying outside the corporate limits of the city as shall be approved by the City Council.
