§ 155.075  ESTABLISHMENT OF WATERSHED REVIEW BOARD.
   The city’s Planning Board, consisting of seven members appointed by the City Council, shall serve as the Watershed Review Board. Officers and duties, rules of conduct for members and meeting procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of procedure for the city’s Planning Board (7-15-1993 and any subsequent amendments).
