§ 155.074  FEES FOR APPLICATION TO WATERSHED BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   Application fees for variances or appeals to the Watershed Board of Adjustment shall be established by the City Council, in order to cover necessary administrative costs and advertising expenses. Fees shall be paid prior to the placement of an item on any agenda of the Watershed Board of Adjustment.
