§ 153.11  REMOVAL OF UNLAWFUL SIGNBOARDS.
   (A)   If any sign is installed, erected or constructed in violation of any of the terms of this chapter, the Planning Director shall notify, by personal notice or registered mail, the owner, or lessee thereof to alter such sign, so as to comply with this chapter, and to secure the necessary permit therefor, or to remove the sign.
   (B)   If such order is not complied with within ten days, the Planning Director shall remove such sign at the expense of the owner or lessee thereof.
