§ 153.09  MAINTENANCE OF SIGNS.
   Every sign, and all the supports, braces, guys and anchors thereof, shall be kept in repair, and unless galvanized shall be thoroughly and properly painted at least once a year, and the Planning Director may order a removal of any sign that is not maintained in accordance with the requirements of this section.
