(A) A wall sign may be placed upon the front, rear or side wall of any building, providing it does not extend beyond the building wall surface more than six inches; and, provided further that, all such wall signs must be safely and adequately attached to the building wall by means of iron or metal anchors, bolts or expansion screws.
(B) The surface face of all wall bulletins must be of sheet metal, but the ornamental molding surrounding same may be of wooden construction.
