§ 153.06  ILLUMINATION OF COMMERCIAL SIGNS.
   No commercial sign shall be illuminated otherwise than by electricity, and all commercial signs shall be constructed entirely of metal or other incombustible matter or material, except the insulation thereof, including upright supports and braces for the same, and shall be firmly attached to the building, and so constructed as not to become dangerous.
