§ 151.13  METHODS OF SERVICE OF COMPLAINTS OR ORDERS.
   Service of complaints and orders shall be made in the manner required by G.S. § 160(a)-445 and shall be deemed sufficient when one of the methods allowed by that statute has been followed.
