§ 150.01  DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS.
   (A)   No person, who causes a building or structure to be demolished or who does the demolition work, shall abandon such demolition prior to complete demolition. No person shall delay the continuance of demolition for a period of more than ten days, weather conditions permitting.
   (B)   No person who demolishes or who orders demolition done shall permit or cause debris from a demolished building or structure to remain on any lot for a period of more than ten days, weather conditions permitting, from the date of the building or structure being completely demolished.
   (C)   Violation of this section shall be a public health nuisance and shall be appropriately remediable by the city.
