(A) Any department heads employed by the city who are not in a public safety field may reside within 30 miles of the corporate limits of the city; those in the public safety field (Fire Chief and Police Chief) must live no farther from the city limits than necessary so as to allow the department head to reach the city limits within 30 minutes from his or her residence.
(B) Both the City Manager and the Assistant City Manager must reside within the corporate city limits.
