(A) Standards, instrumentation, personnel, measurement procedures and reporting procedures to be used in the measurement of sound shall be as specified in this section and in administrative directives issued by the City Manager.
(B) Sound level measurement shall be made with a sound level meter using the A-weighing and C-weighing scale, set on “slow”. A violation under either scale constitutes a violation of this chapter.
(C) The City Manager shall issue an administrative directive adopting standards and procedures for sound level measurement and enforcement consistent with this section.
