The Building Inspector shall:
(A) Perform the duties of Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Inspector imposed upon him or her by the general laws of the state and city;
(B) Issue and collect the prescribed fees for permits for construction which shall be in conformity with state law and the ordinances, rules and regulations of the City Council;
(C) To daily deposit in the General Fund of the city, all funds on hand belonging to the city; and
(D) And perform such other and additional duties as may from time to time be prescribed.
