§ 114.025  POLICE DEPARTMENT TO MAINTAIN RECORD OF LICENSES TO OWN AND PERMITS TO DRIVE.
   (A)   The Police Department shall at all times maintain a complete record of every taxicab owned and every permit to drive in the city pursuant to a license or permit duly issued.
   (B)   Such record shall consist of the application for a business license, a list of drivers permitted to drive each taxicab and complete information as to public liability insurance coverage.
