§ 114.018  TRANSFERABILITY OF TAXICAB CERTIFICATE.
   The holder of a business license may be allowed to sell/transfer a business license to any other person as long as the sale/transfer is approved by the City Council and the purchaser/receiver meets the qualifications of this chapter.
