§ 111.03  MARKING OR PAINTING ADVERTISING ON SIDEWALKS AND STREETS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall advertise or attempt to advertise by marking or painting on any of the streets or sidewalks within the city, except as approved by the City Manager or his or her designee.
