§ 96.21  FALSE ALARM DUE TO MALFUNCTION.
   In the event a fire alarm system activates falsely or otherwise malfunctions more than three times within 30 days and the Fire Department responds in reliance thereon, the fire alarm system’s owner shall immediately determine and correct the defect or source of false alarm and malfunction. The Fire Official shall notify the fire alarm system’s owner in writing to correct the defect or malfunction within 15 days from the date of receipt of such written notice.
